Employment Opportunities

Weekdays, we're open from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. at Cooper's and from 6:30 a.m. through 9 p.m. at State Street. Fridays and Saturdays, we stay open until 10 p.m. at both locations, and we're open every day of the year. That makes for lots of positions to fill, and it means we can offer our employees a lot of flexibility.

We're dedicated to being as accommodating as possible to our staff's schedules outside of work. We will work hard to create a schedule around your life's needs whether you have another job, are in school, participate in sports, have children, or whatever.

Some guidelines when applying for work at either location:

• We do hire youths as young as 14 for stocking positions, but we limit the number of hours, length of shifts, and times of shifts for those under 18.
• To work in the deli, applicants must be 18 years or older to operate the meat slicers. However, there are a limited number of deli positions for which we will hire younger people to make salads and package baked goods.
• To work at State Street Wines & Spirits and Cooper's Liquors, you must be 21.
• All employees get a 10% discount on purchases.
