Interested in Wine Futures?

Wineries regularly offer deep discounts on wines purchased long before the wines are actually released. You buy a wine by the case now at that price and then take delivery once it is released. We post these opportunities here as soon as they are announced. There is usually a fairly narrow window of availability, so check here often (or subscribe to our Email Alerts) and act quickly. If you are interested in any of these options, please call or email Judy O’Brien, our Wine & Spirits manager who will answer your questions, take your order and notify you when it arrives.

Our Wine Futures list will be updated soon.
In the meantime, take a look at our new special offers this Fall.

Stags’ Leap Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

“Cabernet has always been a mainstay in the winemaking program at Stags’ Leap Winery. Our Napa Valley Cabernet is a combination of estate fruit and grapes from selected Napa Valley growers. Much of the estate vineyard is planted to Cabernet Sauvignon where deep, well drained, loamy volcanic soils make this a perfect place to grow Cabernet. The fruit for this wine was hand-picked in small bins and each lot was fermented separately in a combination of open and closed top fermenters to maximize concentration and extraction in the finished wine. The wine was aged in 100 percent French oak barrels (50% new) for 24 months, and the final blend was assembled one year into the aging process to give the wine a chance to marry before bottling.
Vivid aromas of red and black fruit characteristically introduce the wine. The palate emphasizes balance, with firm, round tannins and a complex finish that features a variety of notes from leather, espresso and chocolate.”

93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot.
Limited time offer: $432.00 per 12 bottle case, solid case orders only.

Turnbull Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label 2007
“Perhaps The Best Wine I’ve Ever Tasted From Turnbull. 94pts!” — Robert Parker

“Perhaps the best wine I have ever tasted from Turnbull is the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label. An absolutely compelling example of Cabernet with blueberry, blackberry, cassis, licorice, camphor and graphite; this wine is intense and full-bodied with sweet tannin, layers of concentration, a multi-dimensional personality and a terrific finish of close to 45 seconds. This wine will be better in 5-6 years but will last 25 or more! It's hard to believe this winery has been in operation for 30 years, placing it among the older ones in Napa Valley. I was very impressed with their Cabernet Sauvignons.”
94pts! — Robert Parker, The Wine Enthusiast

Limited time offer: $90.00 per bottle. Minimum purchase 6 bottle (discount included in this price.)

Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2009

“The 2009 Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc reveals the greater intensity, richness and potential longevity of this vintage. Made from the same blend as the 2008, the 2009 sees some new oak (15%), but that component is totally hidden by copious notes of quince, honeyed citrus, peaches and apricots. With good acidity as well as a full-bodied mouthfeel, this stunning white should evolve for 7-8 years or longer.”

(94-96 Points) Case of 6 bottles (750 ml.) — $388.75

Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Roussanne Vieilles Vignes 2009

“The Beaucastel 2009 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Roussanne Vieilles Vignes is off-the-charts in terms of richness. Aged in one-year-old barrels (50%) and new oak (50%), with no malolactic, it boasts stunning aromas and flavors of marmalade, peaches, apricots, nectarines, mangoes, rose petals, creme brulee and buttered citrus. This full-bodied, gorgeously rich, voluptuously textured white has enough acidity to carry it for a decade or more.”

(95-98 points) Case of 6 bottles (750 ml.) — $972.00

Coudoulet de Beaucastel Côtes du Rhône 2009

“The 2009 Beaucastel Côtes du Rhône Coudoulet red is just a notch behind its brilliant 2007 counterpart and could turn out to be just as good. It boasts a deep ruby/purple hue in addition to abundant aromas of framboise, black cherries, truffles, herbs, grilled steak and meat blood. Spicy, peppery, rich and medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, this beautiful, reasonably priced wine should drink well for 10-12+ years.”

(89-91 points) Case of 6 bottles (750 ml.) — $316.70

Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2009

“The 2009 Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape (30% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 10% Counoise and the balance other permitted varietals) exhibits an opaque purple color as well as sweet aromas of camphor, truffles, black cherries, black currants, licorice, pepper and forest floor. The wine is full-bodied, rich, intense and powerful. Moreover, there is a lot more of the 2009 than there is of the 2008 (after the strict selection, only 50% of the normal production was achieved). Because of the significant tannins, the 2009 requires 3-5 years of bottle age and should evolve for 25-30 years.”

(92-95 points) Case of 6 bottles (750 ml.) — $567.00
Case of 6 bottles (1.5 liters) — $1127.25
Case of 24 bottles (3.75 liters) — $1017.08
Case of 1 bottle (3.0 liter) — $561.60
